Dragonfruit Punch Recipe Ingredients
- Pink dragonfruit - you can use fresh or frozen pieces that have been thawed. White dragonfruit can be used, but you won’t get the same stunning color.
- Pineapple juice
- Coconut water - choose one without added sugar and use the rest to make my coconut water mocktails! You can also sub with kombucha for some bubbles and extra probiotics.
- Soaked chia seeds
- Orange and lemon slices
- Optional garnishes: extra dragonfruit, orange, lemon slices

How to Make Dragonfruit Punch
- Add the dragonfruit and citrus slices to your pitcher.
- Pour in the soaked chia, pineapple juice and coconut water (or kombucha)

- Gently stir the ingredients.
- Pour over ice, garnish, and serve

Tips & Tricks
- Chill all ingredients before assembling
- White flesh dragonfruit will also work for this recipe, but you’ll miss out on the gorgeous color.
- A citrus or tropical flavoured kombucha is also perfect for this recipe
- You can prepare the drink in advance and have it in the fridge ready when your guests arrive.

Dragon Fruit Punch Mocktail
An easy dragon fruit punch with tropical flavors of coconut, pineapple and citrus. My pink punch can be made in minutes and is both hydrating and nourishing too.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pink dragonfruit (fresh or thawed from frozen)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 6 cups coconut water (sub with kombucha some bubbles and a probiotic hit)
- 1 tablespoons black or white chia seeds
- 1 sliced orange
- 1 sliced lemon
- Optional garnishes: extra dragonfruit, orange, lemon slices
Instructions
To soak the chia
- Add the chia seeds to a small bowl or jug with 1 cup water. Stir well then leave for 2 minutes. Give the mixture another quick stir or whisk, then leave to sit for 15 minutes.
To make the punch
- Add the dragonfruit and citrus to the pitcher. Pour in the soaked chia, pineapple juice and coconut water or kombucha.
- Stir gently, then serve over ice and garnish if you wish.
