But this isnโ€™t just another purple drink...itโ€™s packed with benefits! Made with juicy blueberries, hydrating coconut water, and naturally vibrant butterfly pea tea, this gorgeous sip brings together flavor and functionality without any fuss.

Why Youโ€™ll Love It

  • Nourishing & functional - loaded with antioxidants from blueberries and coconut water. My blueberry mocktails are also a must if you have berries left over!
  • Light, juicy & refreshing - perfectly balanced sweet-tart flavor
  • Visually stunning - a beautiful layered drink that wows every time
  • Quick & simple - minimal ingredients and no complicated steps
  • Perfect for entertaining - a guaranteed crowd-pleaser your guests wonโ€™t forget
A vibrant layered drink transitions from deep purple at the bottom to pale lavender at the top, garnished with a dried orange slice, blueberry, and edible flower, with a hand placing a pink blossom on the rim. Pink flowers and dried oranges surround the glass.

Equipment Needed to Make

  • Muddler
  • Something to measure
  • Jug or mug for brewing the tea
  • Glassware

Ingredients

Blueberries - fresh or thawed frozen both work, but thawed really pop in color and are often juicier!

Real maple syrup - or sweetener of your choice.

Lemon juice - fresh is always best if possible, but bottled works if that's all you have.

Coconut water - sub with flavored kombucha for a probiotic hit.

Tips & Tricks

  • Thawed blueberries tend to be a lot juicier and more vibrant in color. I used thawed for the images and video you see in this post.
  • To prepare ahead, complete step 1 of the recipe and leave the glasses with the muddled blueberries in the fridge until youโ€™re ready. Itโ€™s much easier than muddling when guests arrive!
  • Coconut water can be used for the mixer if youโ€™d like a still mocktail, but for something bubbly try some sparkling coconut water or a kombucha for a probiotic hit.
