An easy dragon fruit punch with tropical flavors of coconut, pineapple and citrus. My pink punch can be made in minutes and is both hydrating and nourishing too.
6cupscoconut water(sub with kombucha some bubbles and a probiotic hit)
1tablespoonsblack or white chia seeds
1sliced orange
1sliced lemon
Optional garnishes: extra dragonfruit, orange, lemon slices
Instructions
To soak the chia
Add the chia seeds to a small bowl or jug with 1 cup water. Stir well then leave for 2 minutes. Give the mixture another quick stir or whisk, then leave to sit for 15 minutes.
To make the punch
Add the dragonfruit and citrus to the pitcher. Pour in the soaked chia, pineapple juice and coconut water or kombucha.
Stir gently, then serve over ice and garnish if you wish.
