How to Make

  1. Brew the chamomile tea and measure out 3 oz per serving. Add the optional cinnamon, stir and chill. Pour over ice into a medium tumbler.
  2. Add the maple syrup and lemon juice.

  1. Top with the cherry juice and stir gently.

How to Serve

To serve cold: Brew the tea and place in the fridge until chilled. Then combine the chilled tea, maple syrup, lemon juice, cherry juice and sea salt in a glass over ice. Stir, garnish and serve.

If serving warm: Add the chamomile tea, maple syrup, lemon juice, tart cherry juice and sea salt to a heat safe cup or mug and stir well. Taste and check temperature. If youโ€™d like it a little warmer, pop in the microwave for a few seconds. Garnish and serve.

Instructions

To Serve Cold
