Why Try This Non-Alcoholic Cranberry Spritzer

  • Easy - Comes together in just minutes with minimal ingredients
  • Festive - Stunning color and fantastic flavor create happy holiday vibes
  • Delicious - A great option for Christmas morning or holiday brunch

Equipment Needed

  • Spritz glass or similar
  • A jigger or something to measure
  • Something to stir
A festive red cocktail in a large stemmed glass, garnished with cranberries, a sugared cranberry, and a sprig of rosemary. Christmas ornaments and berries are in the background.

Ingredients

Lyre’s Italian Spritz (or your non-alcoholic aperitif of choice): a classic Italian Spritz typically uses a bitter orange aperitif, and I recommend Lyre’s to get you closest to the real thing. Blood orange juice or grapefruit juice are also great subs if non-alcoholic spirits are not your thing.

Cranberry juice: you can use real cranberry juice or a brand like Ocean Spray if you wish.

Non-alcoholic sparkling wine: again, this will get you closest to the real thing, but you can use a sparkling grape or apple juice if preferred.
