This weeks recipe is a beautiful Strawberry Lemonade 🍓🍋
I know it’s not technically a mocktail, but I just had to share this because it’s absolutely delicious.
With only 4 ingredients this recipe can be made in minutes.
It’s packed with Vitamin C and I like using a high quality honey that has plenty of beneficial nutrients.
It’s perfect for those of us enjoying Summer right now ☀️

Once upon a time I was terrified of walking away from things.
Anything.
Friendships, workplaces, partners, habits….the idea of calling it quits meant that I failed.
Walking away meant giving up.
A good example of this was a previous corporate role I had.
I loved it for such a long time and then one day it just didn’t fit anymore. I had changed. The signs it was time to move on from this job were:
It was taking up too much mental space.
I couldn’t imagine my life without it.
It was making me anxious and keeping me awake at night.
I was starting to dread the next day.
It took far too long for me to take action, but I ended up walking away from that job. And I was so much happier - I felt like I had been set free.
When I started to think about walking away from alcohol, it was for identical reasons to the above. Again, it took me far too long……and again, once I finally walked away, I felt free.
It’s taken awhile (probably far too long!) for me to come to the realisation that it’s ok to give up on things that are no longer serving me. Not only is it ok, it’s essential.
Walking away from things that no longer serve me is not losing. It’s winning.

Today I am sharing one of my favourite recipes fea

Today I am sharing one of my favourite recipes featuring the delicious @etchsparkling
I used ETCH ZST as a base, which is made using extracts of native Australian fingerlime, lemon myrtle & a dash of rosemary.
If you don’t have access to ETCH where you live, you could easily replace it with a lime soda water, kombucha, or any of your favourite sparkling beverages.
🍏Mindfully Green🍏
Ingredients
10 green grapes
1 inch grated cucumber
1/2 grated Granny Smith apple
ETCH ZST
Method
Muddle grapes, cucumber and apple in a bowl or glass. Make sure the grapes are completely broken so juices are released.
Strain mixture into a glass and add lots of ice.
Top with Etch ZST.
Garnish and serve.

I’ve been experimenting with some tea based mock

I’ve been experimenting with some tea based mocktails lately and I am so impressed! Using tea is a great way to achieve maximum flavour and minimal sugar.
This recipe is not a traditional mocktail as such, but it is heavenly to drink and the peppermint tea is a lovely pick me up.
Iced Lemon Peppermint Tea
Ingredients
2 peppermint teabags
1 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teapsoons honey (optional)
Soda water
Method
Place the teabags, boiling water and honey (if using) in a jug and brew according to packet instructions. Remove the teabags and chill.
Zest and juice the lemon.
Place chilled tea, lemon zest and lemon juice in a jug. Stir well.
Divide between 2 ice filled glasses and top with soda water. You could use a low sugar lemonade if you prefer.
Garnish with extra lemon slices and serve.

Cheers to a super simple mocktail recipe this week!
I’m sure you all know by now how much I love grapefruit….it’s low in calories, high in nutrients, provides immune support (Vit C) and contains other powerful antioxidants.
With grapefruit, lime and a touch of honey (optional) this non-alcoholic cocktail is perfect to sip during any season. You also have the option to add a splash of ACV to increase the health benefits.
Ingredients
1/3 cup grapefruit juice (fresh is best, but bottled also works)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey (optional - you can add more or less to taste)
Soda water or your favourite kombucha
Method
Place grapefruit juice, lime juice and honey in a glass and stir well.
Add ice and top with soda or your favourite kombucha.
For an extra kick, add a splash of apple cider vinegar.

🌹 Easy Rose Lemonade 🌹
It’s Mothers Day on Sunday and my rose lemonade is perfect for the occasion.
It can be made for 1, or you can adjust the quantities to make a large batch - it looks gorgeous in a large pitcher with some sliced lemon!
Aside from the beautiful colour, this mocktail has a beautiful rose aroma that you notice just before sipping which I just love. It feels truly luxurious to drink!

I just love it when something so simple tastes so good 💛
This easy mocktail recipe has just 3 ingredients (or 4 if you prefer the sparkling version).
Passionfruit is a rich source of powerful antioxidants and contains high levels of vitamin A and C. It’s known as an immune boosting food and is high in fibre too!
Ingredients
1 passionfruit (you can also use frozen passionfruit pulp)
1 tablespoon lime juice
Citrus or passionfruit coconut water. I used @purecococoast natural coconut water with passionfruit
Soda water (optional)
Method
Scoop passionfruit pulp into a glass.
Add lime juice, coconut water, and lots of ice. Stir well.
For the sparkling version, use half coconut water, half soda water.
You can add a little sweetener if you prefer, but I found this was sweet enough!
Garnish and serve.
