This watermelon strawberry mocktail with lime is refreshing, healthy, and super easy to make. The strawberries give it a beautiful smooth finish.

My kids LOVE this one, and it's a great way of getting some fruit into them.

I'm a big fan of watermelon mocktails because watermelon add such a lovely juicy consistency to any drink. Given it's 92% water, watermelon is also super hydrating so it's great for the warmer weather. If you are looking for other non alcoholic drinks for summer, try my other fruity mocktails - they are always a hit!

I'd recommend a high speed blender for this, just to avoid any chunks of watermelon or strawberry. If you don't have one, give it a good blend on the highest setting.

I rimmed these glasses with some pink crystal sprinkles just for a bit of fun. Just moisten the outer rim with some lime and dip the glass into the sprinkles.

Because of the sweetness of the watermelon and strawberries, you shouldn't have to add anything to sweeten this. If you decide to add sweetener, you could try honey, Stevia or my date syrup will give it a lovely creamy texture.

I hope you enjoy this watermelon strawberry mocktail as much as I did!

It was very delicious but way too tart for me with that amount of lime juice. I added simple syrup to sweeten and it was a hit. For those that like some fizz I added some sparkling water when serving it.

    1. Thanks so much for the feedback Renee, I appreciate it! Glad you enjoyed despite the tartness.
