    My kids love pineapple. This pineapple crush mocktail recipe is a great way to up their fruit intake for the day.

    With sweet pineapple, fresh mint and a kick of sour lime, this alcohol free drink is delicious and healthy too.

    It would be an ideal alcohol-free drink to serve for Australia Day, because of its yellow and green colours.
