The classic peach Bellini gets a non-alcoholic, seasonal twist with this Christmas Bellini Mocktail! This delicious holiday take on the old favorite swaps the traditional peach purรฉe for bright cranberry and crisp apple, and it comes together in less than two minutes!

While we all know a Bellini is technically made with peach puree (in fact, you can check out my classic Peach Bellini Mocktail here), this non-alcoholic Christmas Bellini captures everything I love about winter flavors. The combination of cranberry and apple balance each other perfectly and is a match made in holiday heaven!
With minimal ingredients, no prep time, and endless ways to personalize it, this Christmas Bellini Mocktail is guaranteed to become a new seasonal favorite. Itโs the perfect celebratory mocktail for Christmas brunch, holiday parties, or cozy nights by the tree. Cheers to effortless holiday magic!
Why Youโll Love It
- While we know that technically a Bellini is made with peach puree, I thought it was time for a Christmas twist on the classic.
- Cranberry and apple is like a flavor match made in heaven. Using 100% cranberry juice keeps the flavor vibrant and naturally tart, which pairs beautifully with a splash of apple juice or apple cider for balance.
- You can replace the non-alc sparkling with sparkling apple cider, white grape juice, etc.
Equipment Needed
- Glassware - something with gold looks fabulous, especially a champagne flute.
- Jigger or something to measure (but honestly, measure with your heart, you canโt go too wrong with these).
Ingredients
Cranberry juice: I like to use 100% cranberry juice, but if you can only find Ocean Spray or similar that's fine!
Non-alcohol sparkling wine: see my linked post to help you choose among the Best Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wines
Splash of apple juice or cider

How to Make a Non-Alcoholic Christmas Bellini
- Pour all drink ingredients into a champagne flute
- Garnish with sugared rosemary and cranberries (see quick method below)
Tips & Tricks
- Chill the ingredients prior to assembling the drink.
- Pop your glasses in the freezer for half an hour prior to give them a frosty look.
- This recipe can be made as a batch Bellini โpunchโ by mixing in a pitcher or punch bowl prior. Leave a little garnish station with cranberries and rosemary and let your guests serve themselves.
How to Make Sugared Rosemary and Cranberries
Making a sugared rosemary and cranberry garnish creates a frosty and festive look while adding a touch of sweetness to the pungency of the garnish.
For a quick method, drizzle just enough simple syrup over the cranberries and rosemary sprigs to lightly coat them, then gently toss in sugar. Set aside for 5-10 minutes to allow the sugar to set.
You can keep them separate or skewer a couple cranberries onto the rosemary sprig.
