Tips & Tricks

  • Ingredients are best chilled before adding to glass.
  • Create a large batch and keep in the fridge.
  • Brew double strength hibiscus tea to increase benefits.
  • If you have leftover coconut water to use up, I highly recommend this Coconut Water Mocktail.

How to Store Homemade Electrolyte Drink

I love to make a double or triple batch of this hibiscus electrolyte drink and store it in the back of the fridge where itโ€™s coldest. You can keep it in a pitcher with a tight lid or an airtight container like a Mason jar. Stored properly, the electrolyte tea will last 4-5 days.
