Hibiscus Electrolyte Drink
An easy pour and stir electrolyte drink recipe with chilled tea, coconut water and a touch of pineapple. Perfect for hydrating on the run!

- ½ cup chilled hibiscus tea
- ½ cup coconut water
- Splash of pineapple juice to sweeten (or to taste)
- Pinch of mineral salt
- Something to sweeten if you wish (either more pineapple juice, honey, maple, your choice of sweetener)
- Pineapple fronds, lime and/or hibiscus flowers (optional garnishes)
Add chilled hibiscus tea, coconut water, pineapple juice, salt and optional sweetener to a glass over ice. Stir to combine, garnish and serve.
