A Fun and Spooky Sip for Halloween Nights
Alcohol-free Halloween drinks are a perfect way to celebrate the season in an inclusive, fun way. Much like my Halloween Non-Alcoholic Sangria, this easy recipe is not only delicious, but also beautiful.

- Gorgeous: Eye-catching, layered colors that resemble a potion!
- Fun For All Ages: Kid-friendly and adults will enjoy it just as much!
- Simple: This Halloween mocktail is easy to make, with just a few ingredients.
- Versatile: Customizable with your favorite sparkling beverage.
- Show-Stopper: A perfect centerpiece drink for Halloween gatherings.

Ingredients
I love making mocktails with butterfly pea tea! It is gorgeous, color-changing, and tastes amazing, too.
- Blackberries: The plumper and juicier the better! And yes, you can use frozen, too.
- Berry or Ginger Kombucha (or sparkling water/juice of choice): This not only adds bubbles, but a nourishing probiotic kick.
- Lemon Juice: Fresh is always best if you can!
- Chilled Butterfly Pea Tea: This can be purchased online, or you might have luck at your local tea shop.
- Optional: Maple Syrup, Agave, or Sweetener
Tip: Make some extra Butterfly Pea Tea so you can make my Citrus Magic Mocktail next time!
To Make Your Blackberry Halloween Mocktail
- Muddle: In a sturdy glass, gently muddle blackberries with your sweetener (if using). Be cautious when using a delicate wine glass.
- Add ice: Fill the glass to the brim with ice and add your kombucha or sparkling beverage of choice.
Want to save this?

- Add the butterfly pea tea: Slowly add your butterfly pea tea to create a layered effect.
- Add the lemon juice.

- Stir gently: Stir very gently, then add another splash of butterfly pea tea if you wish.
- Garnish: Add extra blackberries on top for a festive finish.

Tips And Tricks For Perfect Layered Mocktails
Layering a drink can seem complicated, but once you get a little practice, it'll be second nature. Here are some tips to make sure you have success right away.
- Chill all your liquids thoroughly before making the mocktail for the best color separation.
- Pour slowly over the back of a spoon to achieve pretty, clean layers.
- Serve your Halloween Mocktail in a tall, clear glass so the magical color shifts are visible.
- This particular recipe relies on ice to keep the layers separate. Small, pebble ice works best, but if you don't have this, pop some ice in a zip lock bag and give it a whack with a mallet - it's particularly satisfying after a long day!
