Recipe Ingredients
You only need a few ingredients to make this Glowing Skin Punch. Iโve also included links to reputable sources discussing potential benefits and claims of the ingredients.
Hibiscus tea - brewed and chilled. Hibiscus tea is well known for it's high level of antioxidants and other benefits. It's also extremely affordable, making it a perfect addition to mocktails.
Non-alcoholic red wine - It's no secret I adore non-alc red wine, so I was just thrilled when a study was completed with some evidence that it may be able to aid in slowing skin dehydration and improving elasticity. Pomegranate juice would also work here if youโre not a fan of wine replacements.
Want to save this?
Ginger kombucha - Kombucha is widely hailed as a beneficial beverage, and it pairs perfectly with the alcohol-free red wine and hibiscus tea.
Optional: you can add some sweetener of your choice to this, but I personally didnโt need it.
How to Make Berry Punch
- Brew and chill your tea. Add the berries and some ice to a pitcher
- Pour in the tea.

- Add the red and kombucha and stir gently.
- Serve over ice with extra berries to garnish (optional).

Tips & Tricks
- Chill all ingredients to keep the ice from diluting the flavor of the drink.
- Frozen berries work well and will keep the drink cold.
- Be sure to choose a low sugar non-alcoholic red wine
- Brew a double strength hibiscus tea for added benefits
- If you choose to add sweetener, maple syrup would be perfect for this, or you could add a little low sugar lemonade.
