This refreshing watermelon cooler is the perfect summer thirst quencher.

For me, when I think of summer fruits, watermelon and mango are the 2 that come to mind immediately. I remember my childhood, eating big wedges of watermelon while the juice ran down my arm and dripped off my elbows onto the hot pavement.

For this reason, I've created a few watermelon mocktails to be enjoyed during the warmer weather.

There is a sparkling and non sparkling option for this alcohol free drink, just follow the instructions below. Personally I think the sparking version is a little more 'mocktail' than the non sparkling, but they are both delicious.

I recommend a high speed blender for this recipe. If you don't have one, make sure you give it a really good blend on the highest setting.

If you have little ones, make sure to add it to your list of mocktails for kids - my kiddies love this one! It's a great way to both hydrate and get some fruit into them.

The best thing of all? This delicious watermelon cooler with refreshing mint and sour lime is both easy to make and healthy.

  1. My 3 year old daughter gives this her tick of approval ๐Ÿ’• I do too! Very refreshing. And I love that I can enjoy it with her.

  2. This is so delicious this recipe. During covid my best friend couldn't have the baby shower of her dreams so instead we had yummy cakes and savoury pastries together and paired it with the watermelon mocktail! She absolutely loved it!

    1. This mocktail surprised me. Never did I think watermelon in a drink could taste so good! It was wonderfully refreshing and the taste was perfect! I added a little barley lemon cordial to mine the second time I made it for some of my guests who have a sweeter tooth. But the recipe as it is, is super delicious!
