You'll Love This Because

  • It's gloriously green: as far as green mocktails go, this is one of my favorites!
  • So quick and easy: I know ease and speed are both super important when it comes to entertaining, so I've made sure this one can be ready at a moments notice.
  • It's perfectly St Paddy's themed: with its rainbow garnish and perfectly green color, this makes the perfect St Patrick's Day mocktail.

Ingredient Notes

Zero proof sparkling wine: these are my favorite non-alc sparkling wines, but if that's not your thing, just replace it with sparkling grape or apple juice (especially if making this one for kids!).
Orange juice: just a splash, fresh or bottled is fine.
Green edible glitter: the star of the show, make your mocktails glitter and glisten for a true festive touch! I've included my faves below.
Rainbow straps: for the perfect St Patrick's Day mocktail garnish!

St Patrick's Day Mocktail Tips

  • Make sure your ingredients are chilled prior to assembling - there's no ice in this one to keep the drink cold, so this is essential.
  • If you have the choice between a light green and dark green edible glitter, go for the darker one - I find this looks much better for St Paddy's Day!
  • Prep your rainbow garnishes ahead of time to make things easy when serving.
