This lychee lime mocktail blends bubbly spritz sparkle with cool mint mojito flavor for one crisp, refreshing mocktail. It’s like sipping summer from a glass!

This Lychee Mojito Mocktail recipe is a refreshing balance of sweet lychee, fresh mint, tangy lime, and bubbles. You may find yourself asking “Is it a mojito? Is it a spritz?” But one sip will tell you, it’s pure mocktail perfection.
Make your lychee mint mocktail extra fizzy for a more spritz-inspired sip, or muddle in extra mint and lime for full mojito mode. Either way, it comes together right in the glass for an easy, bright, refreshing mocktail that will sweeten your summer.

Lychee Spritz Mocktail Ingredients
You just need a few simple ingredients for this non alcoholic lychee mojito recipe!
Lychee - You can usually find canned lychee in syrup in the International Foods aisle in U.S. markets.
Lime - for the drink and for garnish
Fresh mint
Want to save this?
Lychee syrup - from the tin. How much depends on how sweet you like your mocktails
Mixer - use regular or lime flavored sparkling water OR non-alcoholic bubbles for a more “spritz inspired” drink
How to Make Lychee Lime Mojito Spritz
- Muddle the fruit in your glass of choice.
- Clap mint to release the oils and add it to the glass.

- Fill glass with ice, and top with the lychee syrup and mixer.
- Stir, garnish and serve.

Tips & Tricks
- Chill ingredients before assembling.
- Can use lime juice instead of fresh lime if that’s all you have.
- Clap the mint in your hands instead of mudding with the fruit. Too much pressure on the leaves can actually make them bitter.
- The lychees are already super sweet, so I recommend a Dry Non-Alc Sparkling to avoid too much sugar.
- Make a batch mocktail and keep it chilled
I hope you love this my lychee mojito spritz as much as I do!
