How to Make Lychee Lime Mojito Spritz

  1. Muddle the fruit in your glass of choice.
  1. Clap mint to release the oils and add it to the glass.

  1. Fill glass with ice, and top with the lychee syrup and mixer.

Tips & Tricks

  • Chill ingredients before assembling.
  • Can use lime juice instead of fresh lime if that’s all you have.
  • Clap the mint in your hands instead of mudding with the fruit. Too much pressure on the leaves can actually make them bitter.
  • The lychees are already super sweet, so I recommend a Dry Non-Alc Sparkling to avoid too much sugar.
  • Make a batch mocktail and keep it chilled

Ingredients

  • 5 lychees
  • ½ chopped lime (plus more for garnish)
  • 8 mint leaves
  • ½-1 oz lychee syrup from tin (depending on how sweet you like it)
  • Mixer: choice of regular or lime sparkling water (OR non-alcoholic bubbles for a spritz inspired drink)

Instructions

  • Muddle the lychee and lime in your glass.
  • Clap the mint in your hands and add it to the glass.
  • Fill your glass with ice, then top with the lychee syrup and mixer of choice.
  • Stir, garnish and serve.

Batch Instructions

For 6
1 tin of lychees
3 limes, chopped
Handful of mint
¼ - ¾ cup lychee syrup from the tin (depending on how sweet you like it)
Mixer: 6 cups regular or lime sparkling water, or 1 bottle non-alcoholic bubbles
To make it
Muddle the lychee and lime in a pitcher, then clap the mint in your hands and add it to the pitcher. When you’re ready to serve, add ice then top with the lychee syrup and mixer of choice. Stir, garnish and serve.
