Why Youโ€™ll Love This Recipe

There are so many reasons to love this simple sip. Itโ€™s:

  • Ideal for Spring: nothing screams SPRING like a juicy strawberry, tart citrus, and floral rose combination.
  • Low sugar: with ingredients that are naturally lower in sugar, youโ€™ll get all the goodness and none of the sugar high!
  • Support for glowing skin: this recipe contains a secret ingredient to make sure your skin has everything it needs to thrive.

Ingredients Youโ€™ll Need

Lemon juice: fresh is always best when it comes to mocktails, so use fresh if you can. If you must use bottled lemon juice, choose one without preservatives and no added sugar โ€“ lemon juice is not supposed to be sweet!

Rose water: a little goes a long way when it comes to rose water, so start small and work your way up. You can make your own rose water, but I prefer to buy mine online.

Happy Aging Glow Shot: the glow shot is the star of the show, offering high-potency marine collagen, hibiscus flower extract and nutritional yeast to help support your skins health and vitality.

Soda water: regular soda water works perfectly, or you could use a lemon-flavored mineral water.

Strawberry syrup: I prefer to make my own strawberry syrup using monkfruit sweetener to keep it low-sugar, and Iโ€™ve included my easy method below.

A glass of pink strawberry and lemon drink with strawberry slices and a lemon wedge, next to a small bottle labeled Happy Aging. Fresh strawberries, lemon slices, and white flowers are arranged around the scene.

Expert Tips and Tricks

To make a Glowy Skin Spritz pitcher: adjust the servings in the recipe card below. This will change the quantities of each ingredient, so you know how much of each you need.

When it comes to making the mocktail, add the ingredients to a pitcher instead of a glass, then stir well to combine. Do not add ice to the pitcher, this will dilute your mocktail. Instead, add ice to each glass and serve the mocktail over ice with fresh strawberries and lemon.
