Blackberry Hibiscus Mocktail

If you love fruity mocktails with a little tartness, this Blackberry Hibiscus Mocktail is one to try!

Made with juicy blackberries, floral hibiscus tea, fresh lime and a touch of honey, it's a refreshing combination of sweet and tart flavors. It's also naturally caffeine-free and comes together right in the glass, so there's very little preparation involved.

The blackberries give this mocktail its gorgeous deep purple color and natural sweetness, while the hibiscus tea adds a slightly tart, floral flavor. Fresh lime juice brightens everything up, and a little honey helps balance the tartness without making the drink too sweet.

I recommend using fresh blackberries if you have them, but frozen berries work just as well once thawed. Be sure to muddle them really well to release as much juice and flavor as possible.

For the best results, brew your hibiscus tea a little stronger than usual and pop it in the fridge ahead of time so it's completely chilled before serving.

You can also swap the honey for maple syrup or agave if you prefer. Give the drink a taste before serving and adjust the sweetness to your liking.

Finish with a few fresh blackberries and a lime wheel for a simple garnish.

Cheers and enjoy!
