Chamomile Apple Nightcap Mocktail

This has to be one of my FAVORITE evening mocktails! Warm chamomile tea and sweet apple come together to make this simple mocktail with the perfect balance of flavors.

Chamomile tea gives this drink its delicate floral notes, while apple juice adds natural sweetness and a fruity flavor. Fresh lemon juice cuts through that sweetness, keeping the drink from tasting too sweet, and a little honey rounds everything out with a smooth finish.

A few tips to get the best flavor: brew your chamomile tea a little stronger than usual if you want those floral notes to stand out. When combining the ingredients, keep the tea warm rather than boiling. Overheating can affect the honey and may make the apple juice taste slightly bitter.

If you'd like a little extra spice, let a cinnamon stick steep in the mug for a few minutes before sipping. It adds a subtle warmth that works beautifully with the apple and chamomile.

This is an easy recipe to adjust to your taste, too. If you prefer a less sweet drink, start with a little less honey and add more only if needed.

I hope you enjoy this simple apple and chamomile combination as much as I do. Cheers!
