If you love the combination of pear and cinnamon, this one's for you!

This Pear Cinnamon Mocktail is made with just 4 simple ingredients: pear juice, cinnamon tea, fresh lemon and a little maple syrup. It's the perfect balance of sweet, tart and spice, and SO easy to make.

I love using cinnamon tea in mocktails because it adds plenty of flavour without needing lots of extra ingredients. Just make sure you choose a caffeine-free herbal tea if that's your preference.

A couple of tips! Make sure your tea has cooled completely before mixing your drink, and taste before adding the maple syrup. Depending on how sweet your pear juice is, you might not need much at all.

You can also top it with a splash of soda water if you prefer a little fizz, or add a cinnamon sugar rim for something extra.

I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do!
