Ingredients

Lychee syrup - this is just the syrup from the tin of lychee
Lime juice - fresh squeezed for best flavor
Mint leaves

Soda water - or tonic water
Garnish - Cranberries, lime, or mint. Also, some fresh lime zest mixed with sugar if you want to rim the glass.

How to Make a White Christmas Mocktail
- Add lychees, lychee syrup and lime juice to your mocktail shaker. Muddle the ingredients to release the juice from the lychees.
- Clap the mint together in your hands a few times to release the oils and add it to the shaker.
- Add the elderflower cordial along with some ice and shake for about 30 seconds.
- Double strain into your glass over ice and top with soda water or tonic.
- Garnish with your choice of cranberries, lime and/or mint.
