This post is brought to you by Giesen Wines. Thank you for supporting the brands that make The Mindful Mocktail possible.
I absolutely adore this recipe because it looks gorgeous on any holiday table and comes together with almost no effort…ideal for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and every gathering in between!
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
There are so many reasons to love this simple sip! It’s:
- Quick and easy: with minimal ingredients and an easy pour and stir method, it comes together in no time.
- Perfectly festive: as if the gorgeous red hue wasn’t enough, you also have the option of garnishing with cranberries and/or rosemary. I’d also recommend decorating your pitcher with whatever you have on hand. Refer to the video below for some inspiration!
- It tastes like Christmas: when it comes to holiday drinks, sparkling cranberry and orange is as close to perfection as it gets!
Ingredients
Cranberry juice: I’d recommend real cranberry juice if you have it, but a reconstituted cranberry juice is also perfectly fine, so use whatever you have on hand.
Orange juice: again, fresh it always best if you have it, but bottled works here too, so you do you!
Want to save this?
Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut: my absolute favorite non-alcoholic sparkling wine this time of year, the Giesen Sparkling brut has just the right amount of bubbles for a delectable sparkling finish.

Equipment
This recipe is so simple and doesn’t require any tools to shake or muddle. I’d just recommend:
- A pitcher or small punch bowl: if you have one with a gold rim, even better!
- Something to stir: you’ll need a spoon with a long handle to mix all the ingredients together. Even a wooden spoon would work here if you don’t have a bar spoon.
- Glassware: I used gold rimmed coupes for my festive mimosas, but regular champagne glasses would also be perfect!
Fun Tips and Tricks
- If you’re using the cranberries either in the pitcher or as a garnish, frozen works best. Not only do they keep their shape, but they also keep the drink chilled.
- I added some red ribbon, a little gold decoration and some rosemary to my pitcher for a festive touch, as well as a red ribbon to the stem of my glassware.
- When it comes to serving, I love creating a little drinks station with the pitcher, glassware and garnishes so my guests can serve themselves.
- If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add a splash of maple syrup to the pitcher just before serving.
