Blackberry Fizz Mocktail

By Natalie Battaglia | Updated January 26, 2021

This blackberry mocktail recipe could not be easier.

Take your ingredients, pop them in your favourite glass, muddle together, then add ice and sparkling water. How does that sound for an easy mocktail recipe?

The best news? Blackberries are little powerhouses of goodness. They are packed with Vitamin C and fibre. Plus, they are loaded with antioxidants, which makes them great for your skin and overall health.

I used Manuka honey in this to increase the health benefits even further. If honey is not for you, just replace with your choice of sweetener. Monk fruit sweetener, Stevia, coconut sugar or any other sweetener would work.

I love mocktail recipes like this, because they can easily be adapted for a crowd. Just increase the quantities below and muddle in your favourite jug. Even better, you can do the muddling ahead of time. Then top with ice and sparkling water when your guests arrive.

The lime and mint give this mocktail a refreshing twist. The best thing about blackberries is that they suit any season - Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring!

The calories in this recipe are based on me using honey. So if you swapped it out for a different option, the calories would be even lower - bonus!

I hope you enjoy making this blackberry mocktail recipe as much as I enjoyed creating it. If you do make it, I'd love to hear about it! Feel free to comment below.
