Are you looking for a super easy mocktail to serve your guests, or to make for yourself? This drink has only 3 ingredients, and can be made for 1 or a crowd. With low sugar cranberry juice, ice and your choice of sparkling beverage, you can make this your own.

A ridiculously easy, fast, low sugar Christmas drink - itโ€™s barely even a mocktail but itโ€™s just so pretty I had to share it!

I used Ocean Spray Light Cranberry Classic. It has no added sugar, so theres only about 1g of sugar in this drink. To reduce the sugar content even further, use less juice and top up with soda or tonic.

You could also replace the soda with non-alcoholic sparking wine - it tastes divine!

A squeeze of lime tastes delicious in this too and if you love this recipe, I've got plenty of easy mocktail recipes to choose from.

Why Youโ€™ll Love It

  • Fast and easy: a simple, 3 ingredient mocktail that can be made in just a minute

Cranberry Juice Mocktail Ingredients

You only need 3 very common ingredients to make this refreshing drink.

Cranberry juice: I like to use a low-sugar or natural cranberry juice

Ginger beer: or try it with ginger kombucha for a twist!

Orange juice: use a variety with little to no pulp, or squeeze your own!

Optional: 1 oz non-alcoholic rum (or non-alc spirit of choice). A splash of apple cider vinegar can also be used to add a little bite.

Tips & Tricks

  • Ingredients should be chilled prior to assembling to avoid dilution.
  • Cranberry ice cubes would work perfectly in this.
  • Can use a dash of apple cider vinegar in place of the non-alc rum for bite.
  • You can replace the ginger beer with soda water, flavored seltzer, or even non-alcoholic sparkling wine - it tastes divine!
  • I used Ocean Spray Light Cranberry Classic. It has no added sugar, so there's only about 1g of sugar in this drink. 100% real cranberry juice can be used, but some sweetener may need to be added.
  • A squeeze of lime wedge adds a delicious flavor to this.
