Made with chilled chamomile tea, fresh lemon juice, a touch of honey syrup (or alternative), and topped with Giesen 0% Spritz, this elegant sip is not just delicious, but lower in sugar too.

Why Youโ€™ll Love This Recipe

This non-alcoholic chamomile spritz ticks all the boxes. Itโ€™s:

  • Simple and refreshing: no shaking or complicated prep required, just pour and serve
  • Lightly floral and balanced: chamomile brings softness, lemon adds brightness, and the sweetness is easy to adjust
  • Perfect for any occasion: calming enough for an evening sip, but bubbly and fun enough for entertaining
  • Better for you: with its tea base and Giesen 0% Spritz, this mocktail comes with benefits and itโ€™s lower in sugar than traditional mocktails too!

Ingredients

Chilled chamomile tea: chamomile is naturally floral and gently calming, making it a lovely base for a spritz. Brew it a little stronger than usual, then chill completely so it doesnโ€™t dilute the drink.

Fresh lemon juice: lemon adds brightness and balance, cutting through the floral notes and bringing everything to life. Fresh is always best, but bottled works if you must!

Honey syrup (or alternatives listed in recipe card): honey syrup adds a soft, rounded sweetness that pairs beautifully with chamomile and lemon. You can easily adjust the amount to taste, or swap for a different sweetener if preferred.

Giesen 0% Spritz: this is what gives the drink its sparkle. Giesen 0% Spritz is light, refreshing, perfectly bubbly, and makes the perfect mixer for this delicious sip.

Optional garnishes: thyme, lemon, edible flowers

Equipment

This recipe keeps things simple. Youโ€™ll just need:

  • A glass (a short tumbler, wine glass or coupe works well)
  • A spoon for stirring
  • A kettle or teapot for brewing the tea
  • Something to measure. Jiggers are great if you have them, but if not, regular measuring spoons or cups work perfectly!

Tips and Tricks

  • Brew your chamomile tea ahead of time and chill it completely for the best flavor.
  • You can always add a touch more honey syrup if needed.
  • Gently clap the thyme between your hands before garnishing to release its aroma.
  • For entertaining, set up a small DIY spritz station so guests can garnish their own.
  • This recipe also works well batched, just add the Giesen 0% Spritz right before serving to keep it bubbly.

I hope you love my lemon chamomile spritz mocktail as much as I do!
