Strawberry Chamomile Mocktail

A simple strawberry and chamomile tea mocktail spritz that can be made right in the glass. With nourishing real strawberries and functional chamomile tea, this non-alcoholic is not just delicious...it also comes with benefits!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz strawberry puree (store-bought or homemade, see quick method below)
  • 3 oz chamomile tea, chilled
  • 1 oz lemon juice (fresh is best, but bottled also works)
  • Top with your choice of citrus kombucha or non-alcoholic sparkling wine (a ginger kombucha would also be delicious!)
  • Edible flowers, strawberries and/or lemon for optional garnish.

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the strawberry puree, chamomile tea and lemon juice. Add a little more ice if you need to (this recipe tastes best icy cold!) then stir gently.
  • Top with your choice of mixer and stir again. Garnish and serve.

Notes

To make the strawberry puree: blend 3-4 strawberries and 2 tablespoons of water together until smooth. I find a stick/immersion blender easiest for this!
