Pomegranate Orange Spritz Mocktail

With the perfect balance of juicy pomegranate and tangy orange, this mocktail is bubbly, refreshing and oh so delicious. Make it for 1 or scale it up to make as a batch mocktail for guests.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 raspberries (fresh or thawed)
  • 1 oz orange juice (can sub with lemon)
  • ½ cup ginger kombucha or ginger beer
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice (can you could also use cranberry)
  • Note: if you’re a bit of a sweet tooth, you can add a splash of maple syrup or your preferred sweetener to this. I enjoyed mine without.

Garnish

  • raspberries (optional)
  • dehydrated orange (optional)

Instructions

  • Muddle the raspberries in your glass until the juice is released and the pieces are small enough to fit through a straw. Add the orange juice and some ice.
  • Pour in the ginger kombucha or ginger beer then the pomegranate juice. Stir gently and garnish if you wish.
