- ½ diced mango (must be ripe! ½ cup defrosted mango can be used instead of fresh)
- 1 teaspoon hot honey
- 1 oz lime juice
- ½ cup coconut water
- Tajin for rim
Optional Garnish
- Edible flowers
- Chilli
- Mango slice
Muddle mango well in a shaker. Add hot honey, lime juice, coconut water and some ice to your shaker and shake well.
Strain over ice into a short tumbler rimmed with tajin and garnish with an extra slice of mango, a chilli and/or edible flowers. If you find the mango pieces get stuck in the shaker strainer, try using a small regular strainer to strain the mixture instead.
