Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz grapefruit juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 oz lemon juice (ideally fresh!)
  • ½ oz ginger juice (simple method below)
  • ½ oz 1 minute honey syrup (simple method below)
  • Top with soda
  • Grapefruit slice and rosemary to garnish

Instructions

  • Add grapefruit juice, lemon juice, ginger juice and honey syrup to a tall glass. Add ice, then top with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with a grapefruit slice and/or a piece of rosemary.
  • To make ginger juice without a juicer: grate about an inch of ginger, then use a small sieve to strain the juice out. Press down with a spoon or just use your fingers to squeeze out every last nutritious drop!
  • Quick honey syrup: place equal amounts honey and hot water in a small bowl and stir until the mixture is combined and runny. Use straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
