Tropical Mocktail
This easy tropical mocktail with mango, pineapple and coconut can be made in minutes and works perfectly as a batch mocktail too. Perfect for Summer, this non-alcoholic drink is perfect for kids and adults alike.

- 2 oz mango juice or puree
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz coconut water
- 1 oz hibiscus tea (can sub for pomegranate or cranberry juice)
- Pineapple fronds, citrus and/or edible flowers to garnish
Fill your glass with ice. Add the mango juice/puree, pineapple juice and coconut water. Slowly add the hibiscus tea (or alternative). Garnish with your choice of pineapple fronds, citrus or edible flowers.
