- 5 cups cranberry juice
- 3 cups orange juice
- 3 cups ginger ale
- Some maple syrup to sweeten if needed (optional)
Optional Garnishes
- Cranberries
- Rosemary
- Star anise
- Sliced orange or blood orange
- Place the cranberry juice, orange juice and ginger ale in your choice of punch bowl, dispenser or pitcher. (See notes below for recommendations for prepping ahead of time)
- Stir to combine, taste, then add a little maple syrup to sweeten if needed.
- Garnish with your choice of cranberries, rosemary, star anise or orange slices.
Tips for prepping ahead
- Add the cranberry and orange juice to your pitcher or punch bowl, but wait until serving before you add the ginger ale or you'll lose some of the lovely fizz.
- If you're using the garnishes, prep these ahead of time too, and create a garnish station for your guests. Place the garnish station next to the punch bowl so your guests can serve themselves.
Tips for adding ice
- You can add a cup or two of ice to the punch bowl or pitcher prior to serving, but any more than this will dilute the cranberry punch. I recommend freezing some cranberry juice ice cubes to avoid this!
Garnish station
- Prepare a garnish station so your guests can serve themselves! I love using cranberries, rosemary, orange slices and star anise for this punch but it's so versatile, so feel free to get creative!
