Quick Coconut Water Mocktail
This easy coconut water mocktail with orange has a delicious balance of tangy citrus, tropical coconut and sweet honey. It's both nourishing and hydrating and can be made as a batch mocktail for guests too.

- 3 oz coconut water (no added sugar)
- 2 oz orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional - see note 1)
- 1 teaspoon honey (or your choice of sweetener - see note 2)
- Dehydrated citrus for garnish (optional)
- Tajin for rim (optional)
Place coconut water, orange juice, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar or alternative and honey in a shaker with some ice. Shake for about 10-15 seconds.
Fill your glass with ice and strain the mixture in. Garnish with optional dehydrated citrus and serve.
Note 1 (apple cider vinegar): apple cider vinegar can be a handy ingredient to use in mocktails because it creates that 'bite' that is often missing when we create a non-alcoholic drink. This can be replaced with 1 oz of non-alcoholic rum or left out if you wish.
Note 2 (sweetener): I love honey with coconut and orange so have used honey here, but feel free to replace this with maple syrup or your choice of sweetener if you wish.
