Peach Bellini Mocktail

This Peach Bellini mocktail is light, bubbly, and perfect for brunch or parties. Made with peach puree and alcohol-free sparkling wine (or alternative), it’s refreshing, elegant, and easy to make as a batch for a crowd.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup peach puree (homemade method in notes)
  • ½ cup non-alcoholic prosecco (sub with ginger ale or sparkling grape juice – see Note 1)

Instructions

  • Add the peach puree to your chilled wine glass.
  • Gently pour in to non-alc sparkling or alternative.
  • Stir gently, garnish and serve.

Notes

To make the peach puree

Use peeled, pitted fresh peaches or drained tinned peaches, then cut into chunks and blend until smooth.
You can use a tablespoon or two of water or the peach syrup to facilitate blending if you need to.
You’ll need approximately ⅓ – ½ ripe peach per drink, or 2 tinned peach slices, depending on the size of the peach.
