This 5-minute piña colada punch with pineapple and coconut is fruity, refreshing and oh so easy to make! With just 4 ingredients, it's the perfect batch mocktail for Summer entertaining.
½cupnon-alcoholic rum(completely optional - tastes great without!)
Optional garnishes: coconut rim, lime wheels, pineapple fronds or cherries
Instructions
Optional step: rim your glasses with coconut. Place some coconut on a shallow plate, then run a wedge of lime along your glass where you'd like your rim to be. Press the moistened rim into the coconut and shake off excess.
Add pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut and lime juice to your pitcher. Stir well to combine. Taste. If you prefer a little more tang, add some more lime juice. When it's just how you like it, serve over ice and garnish if you wish.
