Ingredients

  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups coconut water (no added sugar)
  • ½ cup cream of coconut
  • ½ cup lime juice (or more to taste)
  • ½ cup non-alcoholic rum (completely optional - tastes great without!)
  • Optional garnishes: coconut rim, lime wheels, pineapple fronds or cherries

Instructions

  • Optional step: rim your glasses with coconut. Place some coconut on a shallow plate, then run a wedge of lime along your glass where you'd like your rim to be. Press the moistened rim into the coconut and shake off excess.
  • Add pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut and lime juice to your pitcher. Stir well to combine. Taste. If you prefer a little more tang, add some more lime juice. When it's just how you like it, serve over ice and garnish if you wish.
