This simple spritz mocktail has the perfect combination of crisp apple, warming cinnamon and bubbly non-alcoholic wine (or alternative). It can be made in minutes or scaled up as a batch mocktail for guests
Place apple cider, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup (or a pinch of powdered cinnamon) into a spritz glass and top with non-alcoholic Prosecco (or substitute below).
Stir gently to combine and garnish with optional sliced apple, cinnamon stick and a star anise.
Notes
You can replace the non-alcoholic Prosecco with sparkling apple cider, sparking grape juice or ginger ale if you wish.
