Jack Frost Mocktail

A gorgeous Jack Frost mocktail with coconut and pineapple that can be made as a single serve or batch mocktail for the holidays. This recipe has a Naughty version for those that prefer something a little decadent, and a Nice version for something lower in sugar and nourishing.

Ingredients

Naughty (decadent dessert style)

  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1.5 oz blue curaçao syrup
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz non-alc rum optional

Nice (nourishing + lower in sugar)

  • 3 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
  • ¼ teaspoon blue spirulina
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla coconut yoghurt
  • 1 oz coconut milk
  • 1 oz non-alc rum optional

Optional Garnish

  • Edible snowflakes (often used for baking, these are also great for a festive drink topper)
  • White edible glitter (I also dusted the snowflakes with white edible glitter to give them an extra frosty feel, but you can skip this step)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with some ice, shake well, and pour into a coupe or tumbler of your choice.
  • Garnish with an edible snowflake dusted with white edible glitter (optional).
