  • 1 inch grated ginger
  • 1 inch grated cucumber
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 6 mint leaves
  • .5 cup sparkling water
  • .5 cup ginger ale or beer


  • Muddle ginger, cucumber, and lime in a bowl.
  • Clap mint leaves together to release scent, add to ginger mixture and give it a gentle press.
  • Strain mixture into a glass and add ice.
