Easy Virgin Raspberry Margaritas
This simple virgin margarita mocktail with raspberry and lime is healthy, easy to make and divine to drink.

- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice or bottled
- ¾ cup water or orange juice
- 1 teaspoon Stevia
- 1-2 drops vanilla essence optional
- Sugar or salt for rim optional
Blend all ingredients (except the sugar/salt for rim) in a high speed blender. You can add a little more or less water depending on your preferred consistency.
Serve in a rimmed margarita glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
