Easy Virgin Raspberry Margaritas

This simple virgin margarita mocktail with raspberry and lime is healthy, easy to make and divine to drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice or bottled
  • ¾ cup water or orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia
  • 1-2 drops vanilla essence optional
  • Sugar or salt for rim optional

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients (except the sugar/salt for rim) in a high speed blender. You can add a little more or less water depending on your preferred consistency.
  • Serve in a rimmed margarita glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
