Easy Passionfruit Sparkler
An easy, healthy sparkling mocktail with all natural ingredients. Perfect for adults and kids.

- 1 passionfruit
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup coconut water see note 1
- Soda water see note 2
- Sweetener of choice see note 3
Scoop passionfruit pulp into a glass.
Add lime juice, coconut water, and lots of ice. Stir well.
For the sparkling version, use half coconut water, half soda water.
Garnish and serve.
Note 1: I tried this mocktail with both passionfruit and citrus coconut water and both were divine! You could also use plain if that's all you have.
Note 2: Use half sparkling water and half coconut water for the sparkling version. 125ml coconut water 125ml sparkling water.
Note 3: I didn't need to add any sweetener to this, but feel free to adjust to your taste.
