- 1 cup almond milk
- 50 grams low sugar white chocolate
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract see Note 1
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 50 grams white chocolate
- 1 candy cane see Note 2
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nice
Place milk, white chocolate and peppermint extract in a small saucepan over medium heat. Do not let the mixture boil.
Stir until the white chocolate dissolves completely.
Remove from heat and serve.

Stir until the white chocolate and candy cane dissolves completely.
Remove from heat and serve. Add some white cream and crushed candy cane on top if you're feeling particularly naughty!
Note 1: ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract will give a hint of peppermint. If you like a stronger flavour, double the quantity.
Note 2: Try adding ½ candy cane if you prefer a less sweet drink.
