- 2 cups diced watermelon
- 10 mint leaves
- 25 ml lime juice
- 2 cups sparkling water or kombucha optional
Blend watermelon, mint and lime juice until combined.
Option 1: Pour over ice and garnish. Makes 2.
Option 2: Pour over ice and top up with sparkling water or kombucha. Stir gently to combine. Makes 4.
Use a high-speed blender if you have one, to avoid any watermelon chunks. If you don’t, just make sure you give it a good amount of time in the blender.
