Virgin Mojito Mocktail

A healthy virgin mojito recipe that is simple to make. This easy non-alcoholic mocktail can be made for one or for a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 lime quartered
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice see notes
  • sparkling water

Instructions

  • Place lime, mint and sweetener in a glass.
  • Muddle for about 1 minute to release the lime juices and the flavour from the mint.
  • Top with sparkling water and ice.
  • Garnish with slices of lime and serve.

Notes

I used monk fruit sweetener. You could also use Stevia, honey, or your sweetener of choice.
