Strawberry Basil Mocktail
An easy, healthy strawberry basil mocktail. Make for 1 or a crowd. Combines strawberries, fresh basil, a hint of lime and sparkling water.

- 3 medium strawberries
- 4-6 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice
- 1 cup sparkling water
DIRECTIONS
Muddle strawberries, basil, lime, and sweetener in glass for about 1 minute. See above for suggestions on what to use if you don’t have a muddler.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Add ice and garnish.
I used Stevia in this recipe. Use any sweetener of your choice. If your strawberries are sweet enough, you might find you can leave it out completely.
