- 10 dates pitted
- 3-4 cups water
Place 10 dates in a bowl.
Cover with boiling water and leave for at least 20 minutes. Drain.
Pit the dates.
Place dates in a blender with 1 cup of water.
Blend.
- You really do need a high-speed blender for the best outcome. No one wants chunks of date in their mocktail!
- You can also add a little extra water if you want the syrup a bit thinner.
