An easy, refreshing watermelon cooler that even the kids will love. Uses watermelon, lime, and mint to create a healthy alcohol-free drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 2 cups sparkling water or kombucha optional

Instructions

  • Blend watermelon, mint and lime juice until combined.
  • Option 1: Pour over ice and garnish. Makes 2.
  • Option 2: Pour over ice and top up with sparkling water or kombucha. Stir gently to combine. Makes 4.

Notes

Use a high-speed blender if you have one, to avoid any watermelon chunks. If you don’t, just make sure you give it a good amount of time in the blender.
