Non-Alcoholic Espresso Martini

A delicious non-alcoholic espresso martini with only 3 ingredients, this mocktail is perfect for one or a crowd. Just shake and serve.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml espresso
  • cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • 30 ml non alcoholic vodka optional (see notes)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake well. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, a mason jar, or anything with a tight lid will work.
  • Pour into a martini glass and serve.

Notes

The non alcoholic vodka is completely optional. I actually prefer it without. If you want a bit of extra 'kick' that is missing from the alcohol, you can add some extra coffee.
